The terms on which we offer readings, courses and other services through opportyounity.life. By booking, purchasing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

These terms govern your use of opportyounity.life and the services offered by Katia Miko Ramelow, trading as Opportyounity (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply when you browse the site, book a session, buy a course or otherwise use our services. Full contact and imprint details are in section 11. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the services.
We offer: live one-to-one Human Design readings and connection calls; the online course True to You and other course content delivered on this site (accounts and progress stored with our database provider Supabase); the free Energy Audit; original music and podcasts (via Spotify and YouTube); a newsletter; and, from time to time, a retreat and a programme for selected experts. Some offerings are free and some are paid, as shown on the relevant page. We may change, add or withdraw services and update prices at any time; the terms shown at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
Sessions are booked through our scheduling provider (Cal.com); you choose an available time and provide the details needed to deliver the session, including birth details for a Human Design reading. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us or the scheduling tool.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and, where required, include statutory VAT. Payment is taken through our payment providers, PayPal or Stripe, at the time of booking or purchase unless stated otherwise. We do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for giving accurate booking and billing information.
You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 48 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation, for a full refund or credit. Cancellations after that point, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. If we ever need to cancel or move a session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
For digital products and courses: where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to withdraw — but by starting a course or accessing digital content immediately, you agree that this right ends once access begins, to the extent permitted by law. Any additional satisfaction guarantee we choose to offer will be stated on the product page.
When you enrol in a course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access that content for your own use for the period stated. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not share, resell, record, redistribute or publicly reproduce course materials, live calls or community content. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the community.
Our readings, courses and content are for general information and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and are not a substitute for professional care. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please do not use them as the basis for health decisions or self-diagnosis; if you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional. You remain responsible for the choices you make.
Applying to become an expert does not create any contract or guarantee of acceptance. Applications are reviewed personally, and we select only a small number. By applying, you confirm that the information and materials you submit are your own and accurate. If accepted, a separate expert agreement will govern that relationship.
The Opportyounity brand is a protected trademark. All logos, text, images, music, course materials and other works on this site are the property of Opportyounity and Katia Miko Ramelow, unless they link to an external source or are stated otherwise, and are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution or any use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our prior written consent. Copies and downloads are permitted only for your private, non-commercial use. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please let us know and we will act promptly.
We prepare our content with great care but cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate or error-free, and it may be updated at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health).
The site uses and links to third-party platforms (including Cal.com, MailerLite, Substack, Spotify, YouTube, Supabase, ClickUp, WhatsApp and Instagram). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external services; their own terms apply to your use of them. Links were checked when added, but we cannot continuously monitor external content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you live. Place of jurisdiction is Germany, where legally permissible. We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or the law; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to it. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
Online dispute resolution: the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
